Wow, thank you for sharing your experiences!

Today, at age 50, I will never do this type of thing, but I wouldn’t judge someone who did either. As a Black woman, my days are spent fighting to get acknowledged, valued, and respected. If another person that looks like me lies just to be accepted or fit in, I would totally understand them. It’s a hard world and each of us is fighting a nonstop battle just to survive.
